Elena and Marco, two architects who picked Paris over Berlin
Italian, married, mid-thirties — and a Talent Passport file approved in eleven weeks.
Elena Rossi and Marco Bianchi had been in Berlin for nine years when, in late 2024, both received offers from a Marseille-based studio with a Paris satellite. The decision to move was practical: the work was better, the schools for their daughter were better, and France's Talent Passport was — once they understood it — a remarkably clean instrument.
Their dossier was submitted to the French consulate in Berlin in February 2025. Decision: eleven weeks. The carte de séjour was issued in Paris on arrival. Their daughter started CE2 the following September.
