Memberships are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused months are available on request within the first 14 days.

All text, photography and design on this site is © 2017–2026 Vivid Treasure Media Inc. unless otherwise credited. Short, attributed quotations are permitted under fair-use conventions.
4. User submissions
By sending us a story tip or letter, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it, in whole or in edited form, with attribution unless you request otherwise.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the membership fees, if any, you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County.
